250g Pristine 35% Whipping Cream
50 g caster sugar
50 g bitter cocoa powder
50 g corn starch

Heat the milk and Pristine Whipping 35% Cream in a saucepan. Fill the chocolate shells with the mixed powders (sugar, cocoa, starch) and close them. First, pour the boiling milk and cream into a glass, then insert the chocolate spheres and stir until they melt. Once thickened, garnish
