Ingredients
For the blancmange:
250 g Pristine Whipping 35% senza lattosio
250 g almond milk
50 g caster sugar
50 g corn starch
1⁄2 vanilla pod
Almond flakes to taste
Chocolate cake to taste
For the coffee sauce:
150 g Pristine Whipping 35% Lactose-Free
100 g dark chocolate 50%
70 g mocha coffee
Pristine Whipping 32% Lactose Free
Preparation
For the blancmange:
Place a saucepan on to the hob with the sugar, milk, vanilla bean seeds and Pristine Whipping lactose-free 35% Cream, keeping 100 g aside. Pour the latter into the corn starch to dissolve it and mix with a whisk to remove all the lumps. At this point, add this mixture to the saucepan and mix with the whisk until the mixture resembles the consistency of béchamel.
Cool, remove from the mould and serve on a plate with the still hot coffee sauce, some almond slices and crumbled chocolate cake.
For the coffee sauce:
Heat the Pristine Whipping lactose-free 35% Cream in the microwave or in a saucepan until boiling. Pour it over the chocolate together with the hot coffee and emulsify with a blender.
